お客さまの預貯金口座から毎月自動的にお支払いいただく方法です。
口座振替によるお支払いのメリット
★口座振替のみ延長単位は1ヶ月でできます。
★振込毎の振込手数料と手間を省けます。
★料金が自動引落としされるので毎回の延長申し込みなどの手続きが省略できて便利です。
★料金が自動引落としされるのでお支払い忘れを防止でき、忙しいときも安心です。
振替指定日 毎月6日
（振替日が金融機関休業日の場合は翌営業日が引き落とし日となります。）
01.口座振替の手続きの完了後、「延長料金口座振替払いのお取扱い開始のお知らせ」をご送付します。
02.お申込みから手続き完了までに１か月程度かかる場合がございますので、それまでは延長料金を銀行振込またはクレジットカード決済でお支払いください。
03.一部の金融機関では、お取扱いできない場合がございます。
04.口座振替手続き完了後、所定の振替日に延長料金が引き落としできなかった場合には、メールにて当月の料金お支払い方法をお知らせします。
*当月20日まで弊社指定のお支払い方法でお支払いが確認できない場合は延長できませんので、ご注意ください。
05.原則2か月連続振替サービスで引き落としができない場合、振替サービスの対象外となります。
◆Automatic payment of extension fee
An automatic remittance scheduled on a predetermined date to pay extension fee.

★ Freed from applying for extension each time.
★ Prevent you from forgetting to extend even during busy work.
Designated transfer date: the 6th of every month
(It will be postponed to the next business day when the transfer date meets a financial institution holiday.)
01. After completing the automatic transfer procedure, we will send you a "Notice on the start of the automatic deduction of extension fee".
02. It may take about a month from application to completion of the automatic transfer procedures,
so please pay the extension fee during this period by bank transfer or credit card payment.
03. Some financial institutions may not deal with this business.
04. If the extension fee cannot be withdrawn on the specified transfer date after the automatic payment procedure is completed, we will notify you by e-mail of the other payment method for the current month.
*Please note that once payment is overdue（after the 20th）, the extension shall be void.
05. Generally, if it cannot withdraw money with the automatic payment service for 2 consecutive months, you will not be eligible for the service.

・A4、白色以外をご利用されたり、印刷が不鮮明の場合は、受付ができないことがあります。
・口座振替依頼書をご記入後は、お客さま控えとして依頼書のコピーをお取りください。（推奨）
口座振替依頼書の印刷ができない場合は当社よりお送りいたします。
